Well I have done it many times usually during a release weekend. It is a fun run with a lot of waves and play spots. I can't honestly tell you either.
My guess would be that it is too low. The western part of the state did not get a ton of rain and it would take 2-3" of rain to bring it up and that would probably last for 24-48 hours at this time of year. I would try a message board or call Zoar Outdoors for info.
