Hi Matt:
I'm not sure what you are looking for or where you have been. The one local playspot which is usually flowing thru Summer is the Tarriville Gorge section of the Farmington.
The few rivers which run by release are Dead and Kennebec in Maine and Deerfield in the Berkshires. They are class 3-4 runs and have regular schedules. Bill
