Rivers are low

Hi:
we are just returning from the Millers River release today April 8. The river was scratchy despite a release which was almost cancelled earlier this week. This was a dry winter with little runoff into streams or reservoirs. Unless we have heavy rains soon, boating will be very limited this spring. please keep this in mind.
