Richard, Dixie is peaking, this is the worst part, lasting about 4 days. Ikon was the same way. Tat2Tom recommended Heat-X for Dogs, by National Pet Products. It's a powder. I would apply with a cotton ball, or a big powder puff if you've got one. Keep it on her all the time, re-apply after pottying. It really works. But otherwise, you've just got to keep them separated. We found it helpful to get Ikon out of the house as much as possible. We would take him to Aaron's mother's for a visit. Things like that. Just getting him away from Domino for a while helped.
