Effective immediately, all RBKC registration forms must be sent to Torsten Sonn for review and approval. Torsten will then mail the forms to Thomas Johnson, RBKC Registry Clerk for processing. Thomas will then mail the forms/certificates back to Torsten for distribution to the appropriate people.
