I have found a cute quarb gelding pony who i belive has great potential, but he needs SO MUCH work! I am willing to put in the time but i cant figure out what he is worth. I am planing to buy him recondition him and sell him but the owner wants 1,300 for him and he is not worth that considering the shape he is in now, hes been left out to pasture without human contact for over 2 years, the new owner got the horse after the person boarding the horse didnt pay for 3 months boarding "each month is $85" and she hasnt done anything with the horse since, no grain, vet bills, shoes, anything. However somehow he is in good health and is very respectful. He is seven years old, and i belive he is a large poney, he has a great temperment and i think he will make a great jumper. But how do i figure out how much he is worth now? Please if you can give me any pointers on how to price him i would love it.
