Hi I'm looking for a gentle small horse or pony around 14 hands, price under 400$ if possable. Will get lots of attention. I live in Pennsylvania but need it to be kinda close if possable. I live about 50 miles east of Pittsburgh and about 20 miles from Johnstown. Thanks, ~Kristina~
