It seems that there are some angels out there... The Detling meeting scheduled for January 31st, threatened by a lack of finance, is now a definite runner. Hmmmm...is this a good thing? Maybe all Hunts will start thinking of pleading poverty and threaten to call off their meetings in the hope that enthusiasts will start stumping up cash to support their fixture. I think everyone needs to know the full story here before things start to get out of hand. But then maybe I'm too worried about the recession and the effects it may be causing to our sport.
