It is overcast but dry at Peper Harow today. The organisers are hopeful of rain for tomorrow, but have been watering since yesterday morning and will continue to do so. They will also use the aggravator tomorrow, and they expect the ground to be acceptable.
Russell Crowe and Kate Blanchett have now left the course, but a medieval set for the film production of Robin Hood is still in place and as a result the track has had to be slightly realigned. Jockeys should be especially vigilant for the arrows on the fences.
