Apart from the moaning about a bit of mud, i would like to thank my team of Hugh Neaves & Peter Hickman, for providing such good racing ground on Sunday, also a big thank you to all the riders, owners & trainers who ran their horses and provided such good racing. Today at Detling was waterlogged and completely unraceable, so think your selves lucky you had such good racing on Sunday. Lets look forward to the next meeting in the South East.

I agree totally with Sara that the course looked in really good condition and I personally think we had a fantastic day's racing, congratulations to everyone who was involved in putting the event on. It was great to see so many new and familiar faces of both 2 and 4 legged variety on Sunday. Well done to all connected with the winning horses. I'd also like to pass on my condolences to Heather Kemp and Team on the loss of Theocritus

Well done Sara, and team. Hugh and Peter between them had th course looking as good as it has ever been. The fences were first rate and up to size which makes them jump so much better (either that or they seem bigger as I get older!) Well done for taking the gamble with the date - it certainly paid off in terms of quality of racing, I hope financially it has worked out well too.
