I couldn't agree with you more. An absolutely lovely chap, and incredibly helpful.
Away from the pointing I was also lucky to work with him at the South of England Show where he was an absolutely first class steward and taught me and many others what we should, and (probably more often) shouldn't do.
He will be hugely missed.
