As of 8.45am today the going at Godstone for tomorrow's racing is officially described as Good to firm, good in places.
There were only a few drops of rain yesterday, and there's a possibility of a little more today at around 1.00pm.
Those who have seen the course say it is in fabulous condition - the corners are on new ground, it has been extensively aggravated, there is no jar and grass cover is excellent.
