I left before the last race as horses to feed etc. Other websites not just equestrian are mentioning this incident. Stories of horses running against the traffic down Detling Hill are circulating. I think it would be helpful if someone who knows what happened gave the correct details. I think what we all are anxious to know is, did they just run out of the open gates? The insurance implications of a serious traffic accident are unthinkable.
