Went to Tweseldown on Sunday. Terrible bookmakers, £3 per race card, no Portaloos - the lavatories haven't been cleaned since I was last there five years ago. I only went to back Mysaynoway and managed to get some of the money on at 5s. Never headed, fastest time of the day under the usual enterprising front-running tactics employed by Gordon Gallagher, who is the most under-rated jockey in the South East. Hopefully we'll see it happen again at Charing on Sunday.
And by the way, Master Alf won by a head.
