Is there a reason why there is a Confined and a SE Club Conditions race on the same card. Both have nearly identical conditions and penalty systems. Would it not be better to scrap the confined as the club race can be supported by people in/out of the area and put the confined as an Intermediate. There are only TWO Intermediate races in our area both are at the end of the season in April and in May.
