Tuition and board should be in the range of $12-14K... This was with an outside double, which is the more expensive flavor of rooms.
You can spend as much or as little as you want on trips. I brought $2K in cash with me.. I used it for most of my on ship expenses, ports (~$100 spending per), and several trips. The rest of my trips totalled around $1500 I think.
