This is an unusual surname. They were the maternal grandparents of Oatley Neal whose mother was Amanda Wiggains. They went to Texas County, MO.
I am looking for the burial site of Oatley Neal and believe that he might be buried with his Wiggains relatives in their family femetery plot in KY. We haven't been able to find him in MO so far.
