I have a mystery.I want to find the parents of my ggggrandfather Thomas Walden who married Sarah
Alsop ca.1795 in Virginia.
Thomas was born 1760-1770 in Va.
Thomas and Sarah had 9 children.They moved to Harrison,Kentucky about 1810 where Thomas died in 1843.
Their son Thomas W who married Sarah Kinslear in 1843 is my line.
Now,in the 1850 census there is a Peyton Walden living with them.He isn't a brother to Thomas W
but I believe he is related.His occupation is listed as teacher.
So,that's my mystery for the day and my first time on this very interesting site.
Any info would be greatly appreciated.
