Hi
I've been a pipe smoker for more than 30 years, and I'm going to stay in London for 20 days this August. I know that the Health Act 2006 prohibits smoking in public places, but I'm not sure exactly what is meant by "public places". When I stayed in London in August, 2006, I could freely smoke in streets and parks without any criticism. Will I be able to do that this summer, too? Or is it illegal to smoke in Regent's Park?
Kindly let me know where I can smoke without reserve.
Thanks in advance,
Keiichi NARITA
