Allen & Wright pipes

I picked up a set of pipes a couple of months ago made by Allen & Wright of London. It is my understanding that they are no longer in business. The pipes I have are dated 1893. I have not been able to find any info on this company via the web. So I am asking if anyone can give me any info on the company, or even if you have heard of them before.
