Hi Matt,
I am an American living in London and of course a pipe smoker. Because I ive in Chelsea I only know of the west end stores. But here is the ones I know of. There remain some very nice shops in London. The areas to look for are in Mayfair on St. James' St. near Picadilly, The City (which is old London), and Tottencourt Rd.
There are also larger shops in Harrods and the Davidoff Cigar store again on St. James' Street near Picadilly.
I suspect the best shops are either in East London or outlying areas - but I don't know of them - perhaps a member of the club will speak up.
