London Tobacconist Suggestions?

I'm an American planning to visit London in September and am soliciting suggestions for a good tobacconist, preferably with some historical significance, to visit. I am primarily interested in custom-blended pipe tobaccos (so I can bring something unique back to enjoy as a reminder of my trip.)
