Help making character jump...

Well I know that this isn't the HelpMe anymore, but I know that there are still some OHR users hanging arround who know a thing or two, and if they could, would they please help me out with this?
In my game, I need to make an NPC jump as he's saying something to make it look more like he's yelling. Does anyone know how to make the NPC (index #0) move up about 4 pixels and then down again (and repeat that to a total of about 3 times)? Thanks in advance.

P.P.S. For anyone who cares, I think I'm going to go ahead and make that OHRRPGCE HelpMe v.2 board anyway...
