You need to define another variable. I can't tell exactly whether you need a local or global variable, although I'm inclined towards local. Either add this:
global variable(1,last_r)
global variable(2,last_g)
global variable(3,last_b)
global variable(4, timeoffset)
Or set up the local timeoffset variable above the line getting the error (look up the command, I forget what it is exactly...)
