Honestly, no! If this guy said no TWICE then he isn't interested. Don't worry, it wasn't meant to be. But if you're still friends, then have one of your girl friends ask him (casually, this is important, don't let her just go marching up to him!!!) why it is that he doesn't want to go out with you. But seriously, move on! He is obviously not interested, and it will hurt for a while, but you will get over it and find some one who is CRAZY about you!! And I have to give you kudos, because YOU asked. And maybe he felt a little threatened by that, sometimes when girls step up and do a guys job, it makes them feel less like a man. If you really feel that he likes you, then give it time, he might come to you, and by then, you could say no. Hope I helped!
