If you want bookmarks or a bookplate for Do-Over, just pop a self-addressed, stamped envelope in the mail to me at:
Niki Burnham
PO Box 229
Hopkinton, MA 01748-0229
(In other words, make out an envelope to yourself, stamp it, then put it in a SECOND envelope addressed to me. Stick in a note telling me what you'd like, for example, "Niki, please send me autographed bookplates for Do-Over and Scary Beautiful.")
