Don't know a supplier in Canada but can recomend one in LA. Have a look at their website: www.alfalfans.com. The cost of their gems are cheap (compared to the UK). I find decals a bit tricky but with practice it ok. Gems are easy to put on, just ensure you have a good clear polish to stick them on and for 2 top coats. You'll have no problems ecpecially of you already do face painting. Good Luck!
