Try this. Unscrew the metal bit from the gel pen(the bit around the nib) and take out the inside bit. Now blow gently down the tube(DONT SUCK-YOU'LL GET A COLOURED MOUTH-I DID THIS AND ITS NOT TASTY!). Blowing should make it come out a bit better.
