Hi! I've always loved the look of long nails with some kind of nail enhancement. My girlfriend has been kind enough to offer to get long nails this way. She tried silk wraps and, when they came off, she was disappointed to find her own natural nails weakened and thin. I am wondering if there is any kind of nail enhancement that does not cause as much damage to the natural nails. I imagined acrylics were not very healthy. Are gels better? Is there another kind that I'm missing? Any info or help in this area would be very appreciated. Thanks! -Aaron
