I am a nail tech student that purchased the crazynail art computer machine and I have not had any luck with this machine at all, it will not print out a picture on the nail, I have read the manual, even contacted the manufacturer I am just not understanding how this machine is suppose to work is there any one else out there with this type machine that might know what I am not doing that can give me some advice I would most certainly appreciate it.
