You are a dip sh1t! You play with the best bats and balls and throw out a terrible home run rule! I think making a out is a big enough penalty alone. If a team tries to play up they run into sandbagging teams and if the play where they should BS rules like that kill them. Like it was said before asa is by far a better association.
