I am interested in exchanging information with anyone who has any knowledge of Free People of Color with the surnames TUNSTALL or MORDECAI, or any slaves owned by the TUNSTALL or MORDECAI families, or any information at all regarding Joseph MORDECAI or Harry MORDECAI. The time period would be from 1790 to 1820.
