Posted by Pam Sarah came to Nathaniel with 3 children: Timetha, Artelia and Vandalia. They took Nathaniel's name until his death in 1862 and went back to Denton. Not sure of the whole story but would love to know.

I am looking for the parents of Sarah Denton born 1829 in Franklin County, NC. She was married to Nathaniel Jean/Jeans. He was in the Civil War and is buried in the Oakwood Cemetery in Raleigh, NC.
