I am looking for information on Kinchon Elliott, born Franklin Co. in 1806. He married Eleanor Williamson and had six children, one of whom was Franklin Elliott (B. 1830). Need to know if Franklin is Thomas Franklin Elliott who married Rachel York. Thanks for your help.
