It closed on October 10, 1968. It had two platforms. The last remains of the platform were demolished to make the new cycle path. The other platform on the Cutsyke crest side was on raised stanchions. If you come under the bridge going away from the swimming baths, immediately to the right before the terraced houses is the old access gate (still padlocked with the lock fitted 40+ years ago!) where you can see the remains of the access path and supports through it. No photos but it was literally just a couple of platforms with a few huts - no grand buildings of any sort. Would have been a useful station now...
