Will I need a .25 wheel spacer to install 8 x 17 4.5 bs vintage 40 wheels with cobra brake kit on the front of my 67?

- Yes you need a spacer

The caliper is just barely too close. I ordered 4 7/8" offset and used a .125 spacer from Maximum Motorsports. If you want to grind off the "COBRA" script on your caliper that will work too. Vintage is local to me, and I drug my assembled spindle/brake assy. down there and investigated all options before I orderd my wheels.
