Hey Guys, Hopefully you will all have received the 2nd issue by the end of this week. We've already finished the 3rd issue and its been proofed and soon to ship to the printer so we should move back up in the schedule of getting it to you. We just luanched our new website. It should help confirm our legitimacy and have plenty of more features to keep you connected and help form the magazine we create for you and by you! Our blog will tell of the latest news, new products/parts, and just where we are at and what show we'll be at etc. Also have the "Have Your Say" section where you can answer polls and give input and submit photos of your mustang. Its just another way of building a better magazine by using you! Hope you enjoy! Brandon Patterson

I guess you could consider it more of a "photo contest" type of deal. We aren't going to add every photo submitted to our gallery (would get out of control in a hurry). It's purpose so far is to show the kind of photography you can expect in the magazine, etc. Though the best photo's will get a shot in the magazine spread called "you gotta see this".

We've heard some people got theirs late last week, and expect after yesterdays holiday for many more to get their's today and tomorrow. The shipping spread for the individual post offices is 3 to 10 days until we can be considered a periodical 6 months in. Thanks for being patient, the 3rd issue is already done and should come earlier than this one.

Hey Ed, email me at Brandon@pattersonpublishing.com with your address and i'll check on it. The offer is still good, but if you were in the system and didn't get yours then I'll need to mail you personally cause it won't let you sign up for multiple Free Test Drives...you can see how that wouldn't be a good business plan! Thanks again

I'm wondering if you have a means for me to purchase the first two copies since my subscription will likely start with #3. I might as well have them from the get-go. Thanks, BB

HAHA! That's the exact same thing I said when I saw the picture! P.S. I have photoshop and all those programs too... Here's the lowdown. There were two pictures, same day, same time, but one with him in the picture and the other without. However, the one originally with him wasn't near a good of a shot of the cars(which we obviously focus on)...you win some and you lose some I guess. Either way, I don't have much to do with any photos though, and that's probably a good thing. Our editor is going to start blogging pretty consistantly on our site, and we're going to try and ad a new photo every week or so. Thanks again for subscribing! Brandon

Man, tough crowd! The Stang doesn't have to be perfect, but do understand why we don't just post every picture submitted. Would you guys be interested in us breaking the photo gallery into 2 sections: Our photos, and your photo's? Or would you rather it be kept as one gallery while only displaying the best? We are continually molding our website and magazine to cater to your wants, so please inform us of your opinion, its much appreciated! Brandon P.S. Met a FYI Ford member @ the Mosi show this past weekend!

So I present it correctly to the crew...you would like a page of "readers rides"(for example) that consists of just pictures of "normal" mustangs in the magazine? May I also ask you to sumbit your request in our "Have Your Say" section on our website. We listen to every suggestion and take every comment into consideration.

a group of so many each month under the heading of "Mustang Steve's FYI Ford member's rides" or something like that, or would that be considered as advertisement? Of course, that would be up to Steve if he wanted that. Just a suggestion.

Brandon, any idea why I just got a second copy of the premier issue today? I already have that as well as the second issue so I thought it might be issue #3 when I saw it. It came in a paper folder which was nice to protect it but am confused.

Same here, I got it yesterday and also was confused which seems to be a normal state, I am going to pass it on to a friend that has a 65 FB.

And I noticed it costs them about 2.50 to ship me that second un needed premeir issue wrapped in nice paper. If they did that for every issue they would be losing money on shipping alone for my subscription price.

Well if everyone that got a second copy passes it on to someone that hasn't subscribed yet and Brandon gets more subscriptions than all is not lost. Maybe he planned it this way???? LOL

If you signed up for a test drive you get a free premier issue. Then if you also sign up with a paid subscription during the 2nd issue when the subscription "bonus" was to receive the Premier Issue for free you get a second one. At another time, the subscription bonus was a Free t-shirt.

Yes, it is all part of our master plan! haha Thanks Brent for passing on the explanation, and thanks to everyone that will pass the extra copy on to a fellow Mustanger. Another explanation for receiving a 2nd copy is if you told us that you hadn't received the Premier Issue we put you on the list to get one mailed to you with the Subscription bonus guys. So if you never told us later that you received your first copy than you worked us for another one! No big deal, hope no copies go to waste... And we hope you continue to enjoy each and every issue. Continue to give us feedback on our website or email me or use this forum as I stroll through every once in a while. Brandon
