1969 Mustang Coupe Posted by Albie on 7/23/2008, 9:26 pm 207.5.113.110 Recently purchased a 1969 Mustang Coupe. 351 2v V8 engine, FMX transmission. Transmission needed to be rebuilt. Installed new tranny. Last night while adding fluid, engine ran great and shifted into gear nicely. Tonight, engine running a little rougher, and when you put into gear, car lurches forward and stalls. Any ideas on what is going on?  Post an Intelligent Response
