it's between 10 and 12 degrees BTDC right now, that sped up the motor a little. took it for a little test drive, it is much peppier now, but I still have a little hesitation before it takes off.

Could not floor it, residential neighborhood you know, but it does have more power

What can I do about that hesitation????
