vacuum needed for power brakes

'65 fastback with 289 4bbl. Getting ready to add power brakes and need to know what minimum vacuum needed. Motor was rebuilt prior to my purchasing and it has an aftermarket cam. It currently has a c-4 auto, but soon a t-5 manual. At idle vacuum is around 15. Is this sufficient?
