A new "chip" changes the timing...fuel delivery...electric fan...a bunch of stuff....to get you mo'power! IF you are plannig to do headers...new cats....cold air...taller or fatter tires..etc...be sure and tell the chip maker...so they can customize your chip to work with all your "improvements". All just basic hot-rod-hop-ups.....except the cumputer makes the changes and not you.
