Question on cold air induction for 2010 V6

Ok, time for a question for you newer stang gear heads here. I've only found one company that has a cold air induction kit for our new 2010 with a V6. I was just wondering if there is anything else I would need to do for this thing to work right. Or is it just a "bolt on and go" type of thing? I heard someone at a car show this weekend say something about a computer chip for it that would also increase horsepower by up to 30! So, feed me info please! It's time to start adding "stuff" to our new toy!
