Exodus was released as a movie along with the first few eps that followed it on VHS back in the day and included "the lost intro" introducting the Thundercats and their backstory and also included extra scenes. This intro can be downloaded online, including at my site. Apparently, the dvd set was made from the TV masters so you get the TV version of Exodus. In other words, the shorter, edited version. No lost intro is on the DVD either from what I hear.

Also, one of the fan made rips of Exodus is actually the movie, and if you download it from p2p you'll notice some extra dialogue in a few spots that wasn't shown on TV. They apparently had to edit it down a bit to fit the time format for television. It's not earth shattering details they cut, but it's interesting to see nonetheless. I have a clip of one of the "deleted scenes" from the tv broadcast on my site as well. It's just a bit of banter between Panthro and the Thunderkittens.
