Based on snowpack at lower elevations, we are estimating 4 to 6 feet on Pinos. Mt. Pinos Hwy. is not plowed yet, no info as to when it will be. Snowing this evening, 1/27. Btw, they have to do something w/ all the morons that come and play in the snow, block traffic, park illegally and leave all their trash behind when they leave.  Post a Response

And it IS public property, available for all to use, not just the very few xc skiers that are left. You are welcome to join the legal fight on the access situation by complaining to Ray Watson and the county Road Dept., who are responsible for providing parking and road clearance, and by contibuting to positive solutions- like parking lots and a shuttle.  Post a Response
