Just a note to let people know about the National Park and National Forest Senior Pass. If you're 62 or over you can get a lifetime pass for $10, instead of paying $35 a year. You have to go in person to a ranger office and show your ID. This is good for Mt. Pinos as well as any national park or forest - it's one good thing about getting old!
