The question is, who is "they"? And it IS public property, available for all to use, not just the very few xc skiers that are left. You are welcome to join the legal fight on the access situation by complaining to Ray Watson and the county Road Dept., who are responsible for providing parking and road clearance, and by contibuting to positive solutions- like parking lots and a shuttle.
