I'm bringing my boy scout troop late Jan to enjoy the mountain at hopefully stay at Chula Vista. We've camped at McGill previously. What are the chances that the road will be open and that there will be snow. Given the elevation and the past talk it sounds good, but I wanted to get various opinions. Thanks.
