Looking for the will of James Harvey Rudd 24 Jun 1878 Magoffin Co, KY and need to prove the connection to his parents Archibald and Nancy (Woosley) Rudd. I have Archie & Nancys marriage bond from Grayson Co, VA, records of them in Tazewell and their move to Magoffin Co in 1860s
after the civil war. He applied for a War of 1812 pension at age 82 in Magoffin. At the turn of the century the Rudds were Deputy Jailers and Sheriffs in Salyersville.
