Mary ! I am also searching for the same people. They are my great great grandparents. although the years you posted adn the years i have are a few years apart. Could be were looking for the very same people.
My great great grandparents Benjamin and Sarah jane had children when they were in the census. The childrens names are as follows....Mathais, Elizabeth, Martha, Ella Mae plus three other children with different last names of Lenely, Lucinda and Bertha Palen.
What have you found out as i see you posted this message some time ago .. (( It took me this long to find it :) ))
