Number Order of The Series

Can someone please tell me why the actual number of episodes (1-200) seems to skip from 1-159 to 167-200? Dose episodes 160-166 exist or was there some kind of mess up along the way in the creation of the series? Also if you watch the English Sub version is uncut? I know they left a lot of stuff out when it came to America because people here can be to up tight ;-)
